Not compatible with older 60V trimmer head

Item does NOT fit Greenworks 60V Pro trimmer model: ST60L00. After a frustrating few days, I ended up returning this item (had no problem at the store with the return) and bought a whole new trimmer. The new 60V model has this trimmer head. My guess is Greenworks upgraded the trimmer head, which was much needed as the prior trimmer head did not feed well. If you have an older Greenworkers 60V Pro, this item may not work with your trimmer.

Ok but left handed threads not comparable with old

Does not work without swapping the left handed bolt out with a right handed M10 1.25 bolt. It is pre-loaded so taking it apart to do the mod is a pain.

I bought 2 - the first worked for half the yard and a section of the cord would not come out anymore. i opened it and the cord was fused (melted together) and the 2nd one never worked - coed would never advance. i attempted to return but clearly that's not possible as there is no clear return procedure i can find. and no one answers the phone- ever!!

Trimmer head is the right one and I'm glad TS carries it as it is difficult to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, getting it proved difficult. I ordered it online to as it showed available at a store 40 minutes from my house. The order was cancelled as the store was actually out of stock (it still showed available after my order was cancelled). I called TS find out why it was cancelled and the person that helped me on the phone was very nice and offered to waive the shipping charge to ship it to my home. About 30-45 minutes on the phone to get all that done (I'll leave out the details). I saw that there was a pending charge on my card that day and figured all was well. Next day the pending charge disappeared and I realized I never received an email confirming the order. I waited a few days and nothing so I ordered it to ship to another store (also 40 minutes from my house the other direction) and a week later it was ready to pick up. I have no idea what happened to the 2nd order that was supposed to come to my house. All in all, glad to have the part, but there are some strange quirks to the TS system.
Yes, I recommend this product.
