Great part - Tractor Supply not so much

Trimmer head is the right one and I'm glad TS carries it as it is difficult to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, getting it proved difficult. I ordered it online to as it showed available at a store 40 minutes from my house. The order was cancelled as the store was actually out of stock (it still showed available after my order was cancelled). I called TS find out why it was cancelled and the person that helped me on the phone was very nice and offered to waive the shipping charge to ship it to my home. About 30-45 minutes on the phone to get all that done (I'll leave out the details). I saw that there was a pending charge on my card that day and figured all was well. Next day the pending charge disappeared and I realized I never received an email confirming the order. I waited a few days and nothing so I ordered it to ship to another store (also 40 minutes from my house the other direction) and a week later it was ready to pick up. I have no idea what happened to the 2nd order that was supposed to come to my house. All in all, glad to have the part, but there are some strange quirks to the TS system.

problems with Stringer head

I am having to purchase my 3rd stringer head in less than two years and do not have confidence that it will fix the problems with this trimmer.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This is just like the trimmer head that came with my trimmer Greenworks mod. -STC 40001, 60 volt, 16" straight shaft.....original head lasted 14 months.....concrete absolutely destroys this unit.....
