Throws snow and your back equally well.

Blows snow great but ergonomics are horrible. To use you have to crouch down and push the shovel. Having to assume this position over a long period of time forces me to keep it in the garage and grab a regular shovel. A little thought in the design process would have made this a 5 star review.

This model is designed as a compact, lightweight tool for quick clearing of smooth surfaces like driveways and sidewalks. The handle can be adjusted to a more comfortable height to reduce bending. To do this, extend the handle to its full height and lock it in place according to the instructions in the user manual. This adjustment allows for a more upright posture and can make extended use easier.

Useless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why would I ever want to throw snow right in front of me? This thing is useless without the ability to throw the snow off to the side or pick which direction it goes. Gets stuck on any small lip in the sidewalk or piece of grass sticking out through the cracks. On smooth surface it works great but again, it just throws the snow right in front of itself which is literally useless.

Very powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that this one is meant to just scoot along the ground but I really think it needs wheels. not sure? It was not very comfortable on my back and I am still trying to figure out how to hold it properly. It is a bit awkward with how the trigger and handle are set up and requires too much bending for me, but it will work fine on our front and rear decks where my snow blower is just too big to use. Also, not having the directional vanes in the deflector to direct the snow to either side really limits where you can use it if you have homes or cars close to each other like we do here. It throws snow a really far distance! It will also break up frozen snow along with small stones or any other debris that be there which is why it would have been better with the directional vanes.
This has serious power and is extremely well made! I am sure it will last a very long time!
