When the hose bends or twists, it restricts water flow, which reduces PSI at the wand and can make the unit feel less powerful than intended. Repeated kinking can also create stress points in the hose, which may lead to premature wear or rupture, especially near connection points. To help prevent this we recommond: 1. Fully uncoil the hose before use and avoid tight loops. 2. Keep the hose laid out in a straight path while operating. 3. Reposition the unit as you move to prevent pulling or twisting. 4. After use, store the hose loosely coiled rather than tightly wrapped.
