Pump Broke After First Use

I cannot recommend this lift/jack. I purchased it on 12/17/2025 to jack up my ATV (Yamaha Grizzly 700, which weighs 800 lbs) and put wheel dollies under the tires so I can move it around my garage for storage. The lift worked fine the first time. Then, when I went to lift it again to remove the wheel dollies, the pump would not rise more than 3 inches. No pressure in the pedal and would fail with any weight on it. I contacted Gearwrench's warranty support several times and they just don't respond. It's a very nice looking jack and is heavy duty, but if it can't do what its supposed to do, those things mean nothing. Also, the company clearly doesn't stand behind their product. Therefore, I cannot recommend this ATV/Motorcycle lift/jack.
