Bad for Calibrachoa

I'm having a problem with little green worms and I have had all summer on my calibrachoa. The sevin works but it kills every single bloom every time I have to treat. Which has been about monthly and then I have to wait for the flowers to come back and after a couple of weeks, the worms start again and I have to treat again killing all my blooms again Not sure why it says safe for flowers when it's really not.

No, I do not recommend this product.
