Orthopedic dog bed

Received email, indicating that the item I had ordered was delivered to my home store. Went to pick it up and no one seemed to have any knowledge of where the item was in the store. Checked the lockers in the back of the store and I was told it wasn’t there.One week later I received message that the item was being sent back. This is the second time this has happened when I’ve ordered things from tractor supply
