Doesn't do as suggests.

I love froggtoggs. However, this hat is a total waste of money if you are buying a cooling hat. I soaked the hat in ice chest water, put it on my head, and within five minutes, my head was hot, wet but hot.  I get better results just soaking an ordinary ball cap. Also, the ponytail holder is nice but the Velcro has to be overlapped past the edges to get a fit and it constantly snags my hair. Great sturdy Velcro, won’t let go of my ponytail.

Not worth the money, does not keep your head cook no matter how many times you re-wet it once it dries. Do not waste you money on a useless product. I expected more from this company. I bought there cool down towels a few years ago and they worked great. The hat did not work at all, left ballpark with a migraine from the heat. Would have given no stars but that is not an option. Totally disappointed.
