I ordered one Xpanse Decorative Screen Panel in the color Clay and one Xpanse Decorative Screen Panel Fastener Kit in Clay. When I received my, the Screen Panel was in the color Clay but the Fastener Kit was in the color Black. I called customer service, explained the issue and also told the agent that the colors seem to be incorrect on their web page. If you select the Fastener Kit that "says" clay, it appears to be black. If you select the Fastener Kit that "says" black, it appears to be clay. The agent said he made a note to their techinical people so that it would be fixed for future orders, which was good to know because if the Fastener Kit indeed matched the Panel, we would be placing a large order. So the agent placed an order for a replacement Fastener Kit in the correct color, clay. Apparently, the issue runs deeper than just Tractor Supply because I received my replacement Faster Kit, in the color black, again. I again called customer service and was told it has been corrected, and it appears to be on the website, so the agent ordered another replacement Fastener Kit in the color clay. I haven't received that one yet so we'll see what happens. The original order was placed on November 12th and it is stated for this item "This item will ship in 3 days" and it does come via UPS and this last "replacement" was shipped today, November 27th. I guess we won't be placing our order this year. No way we will be working outside in 20 & 30 degree temps to get this put up. There's always next year...if the product is still available!
