I initially ordered these t-post from the Benbrook location. I arrived to pick them up after receiving a notification that the order was ready. I pulled into the curbside pickup parking and called the store, being unfamiliar with the process. I spoke to a woman and let her know who I was and my order details. She asked me to pull up to the big iron gate and someone would bring my order out. I did so. 10 minutes or so later, I see a woman putting price tags on outdoor items. I pulled up to her and asked if anyone was available to bring my order or if I should go in for it. She responded with a bit of an attitude and said that she would go check. She went inside and I returned to the gate. I saw that same woman exit a side door to where I imagined they would load pick up orders. She looked around a some things and went back inside. About another 10 minutes or so passed and I decided to cancel my order. It ended up being a "return", even though I never received anything. The cashier inside was apologetic, but didn't offer any sort of explanation or resolution. Needless to say, my experience as a new TSC customer was not ideal. I took a chance and ordered from the Lake Worth location and picked up my order the next day without an issue. The young man even apologized for the slight delay, which wasn't a big wait. I appreciate the experience at the Lake Worth location and would suggest some customer satisfaction training for the Benbrook location.

Does the job it’s designed to. Does bend when hit by neighbors tractor though.

Tractor supply is a awesome store but some tractor and supply stores are cheaper prices then others
