Never RECEIVED

WAS NOT DELIVERED with the other items. Iberia store would not provide a refund and did not have a replacement. They said it came from the Opelousas store. We contacted them, but still haven't resolved it. Just REFUND OUR MONEY. They used some third party vendor called Roadie? The hay that came from that Opel store was also mildewed. The Iberia store did give us a replacement for that.

Buckets are no longer Fortiflex brand

The buckets in the location I shop and delivered when ordered online are not Fortiflex as the listing states and which I wanted. The buckets are now Producers Pride and Tuff Stuff. These other buckets do not state they are BPA free like the Fortiflex buckets state
