The Fimco TeeJet AIXR Spray Nozzles are made from a two-piece UHMWPE polymer construction with VisiFlo color-coding. With a 110 deg. wide, tapered flat spray angle, these replacement spray nozzles feature air induction technology for better drift management. The spray nozzles serve as replacement tips for 3, 4, 5 and 7-nozzle booms.

Q: I have a 40 gallon/2.4 gpm/4nozzle sprayer. Spray nozzles are AIXR11002(VP?). The strainer # 5116019 on the parts list is not the 4193 PP that came in it. Is the strainer for that nozzle supposed to have a check valve and what lb. rating?

- A: By using the AIXR11003VP tip you would be increasing your output by 50%. You could go one step farther and use the AIXR11004VP and double your output from the AIXR11002VP(7772089) and still be in the realm of your pumps output…5 years agoHelpful?

- A: The optimum spray height for this boom and tip combination is 30 inches. TeeJet does not publish a maximum spray height. Also raising the spray height of the boom increases the risk of drift and off target damage.7 years agoHelpful?

Poor quality for the crazy price!

Nozzle spray pattern is blotchy at best. Very frustrating since they have doubled in price since the last time I purchased. Will be looking for a different alternative going forward.

The very tip of this is delicate. If the yellow plastic is nicked or deformed in any way the spray pattern is screwed and you cannot spray your crop/lawn. Buy extra ones so you don’t end up sitting with a full tank of product and
can’t spray. Ask me how I know!!!!
