Field Tuff 70 in. 21-Teeth Tow-Behind Dirt Pulverizer

The equipment overall is pretty hefty which is good for what you need it for, however, the teeth and bolts that come with it are awful. I purchased this in September of 2023 and the first time I used it 2 teeth sheered right off. I moved a couple of teeth from the from the rear to the front to replace them. I've only used it twice since and had quite a difficult time getting replacement parts. The second time, two more teeth sheered off and recently in April 2024 another sheered off. So every time I use it teeth or the bolts that hold them break. I emailed customer service multiple times and didn't get a response back. Their website doesn't work properly and I had to use archive.org to find a working version. When I finally got in contact with them and sent them pictures they said it looked more like wear and tear. The whole bottom inch is gone after 3 uses. I get if you don't want to cover the ones that are slightly chipped, but the ones that are completely gone because of shoddy bolts should be covered. If I used this with any kind of consistency they would all be gone. There is only one bolt that holds the teeth in place and they aren't flush against the mounting plate so they tilt making them susceptible to breaking. If you do get one, they have no replacement parts in stock but will tell you six to eight weeks and then eight to ten weeks. They also can't tell you how much the replacement parts are. Per a conversation with them their warranty is parts all getting there, not that the parts are free from defects or guaranteed to last a year. Just FYI if you do get one, I don't recommend placing teeth in front of the wheels because the wheels will rub against them.
