Q: I've read online that NEATSFOOT oil can be used on furniture. It will feed the wood as well as give a hardened finish that is water repellent. Can you give me any further details about using it as such? Thanks!

If too much is applied, the oil will remain on the surface and would rub off on clothing. Recently purchased and have used this neatsfoot oil for many years in the past. Keeps saddle soft and pliable without a leaving a waxy residue.
