Cancelled my order

I called the store to inform them I didn't have access to a truck until after the 48 hour pickup period (as no pickup window was given at the time of checkout). The employee said they could hold it until Thursday. Thursday morning my order was cancelled. I called customer service and apparently employees have no control over the 48-hour pickup period. So now I have to reorder and re-coordinate my access to the truck I was going to use for another date. Thanks a lot
