- A: Hello, thank you for your question. Per the vendor, "The face weight is 60 ounces per square yard; the total weight is 87 ounces per square yard. There is no antimicrobial additive, however it is more effective to use the Envirofill infill as an antimicrobial. I am super happy with the turf. I am using it with a litter of puppies to keep them out of the dirt and mud. It is working well. It is a bit difficult to scoop the poop, but whatever is left we spray off with a hose.
