This grill is considered one of the best. The first one I had delivered was delivered partially assembled and missing pieces. The second grill came new in the box. It was easy to put together and is extremely well built. Absolutely love it! Cooks evenly, very efficient and well worth the wait. Customer Service was a amazing!

This grill looks great assembly was not too bad and it worked great for the first two years. After that burners didn’t work as they should, burners knobs started to break it would not light without using a manual lighter the metal pins that hold up grates rusted away. For the amount of money I paid that grill is definitely not worth it. I would not recommend it.

It’s a great grill.heats up very fast and cooks very nicely..if your looking for a nice choice grill and not to bad of a price get it you won’t be disappointed I love it and I feel it was a very great investment..

Year three with this grill and it’s really showing the wear. As others noted, the casters rusted out as other parts have as well. The burned controls have gotten incredibly stiff and the heating inconsistent. Now I need to replace the grill grates — most likely will just by a new grill rather than throw good money to bad.

Rust is not something we cover under the warranty because it is dependent on proper maintenance to prevent it from progressing to the point of part failure.
