[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised the flavor this rub added. I used it in on some pork chops and it gave me a little bit of spice and a little bit of sweet. It seems to have just the right mixture of both but neither are over powering. A great added flavor. It makes it easy to spread evenly as well with the larger shaker bottle and not to many holes in it so you can control it better. I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even Embers Pork Dry Rub is not just another pork rub. It's a really good pork rub. The spice mix is soooo good. It's a little bit spicy with a hint of sweetness. I especially love pork ribs with with this rub. They turn out so moist and juicy, you'll want seconds or thirds so make sure too make enough. This is my first time trying out Even Embers Pork Dry Rub but it won't be my last. Even Embers Pork Dry Rub will make a nice addition to my rubs.
