I was looking for a heavy duty firepit / grill for out frith wheel and evey one was exspensive and made cheap! Came across this one at tractor supply and read the reviews. They were good. I took a chance and ordered it. The assembly was very easy. The grate for the wood/charcole was very heavy and well built. The rest of it was to my surprise not bad. Later that night i did a burn on it befor cooking on it. Lubed the grate with ool and did burgers on it. It was easy to adjust the hight fot temp and easy to swing around. I am pleased with the quality of the unit and price! The biggest thing you need to do is clean it out after every use, then it will not keep moisture in and rust out fast. I do alot of outdoor cookingnon cast iron and this works great! The only reason i gave it 4 stars is it does not have a cleanout pan or a cover! Otherwise a good product for the money!

We decided to purchase this grill online and couldn’t be more happy. It is heavy and solidly built, we will see how the grates holds up. Even though the grill appears solid, when heated I noticed that it kind of warped. We really enjoy the options to be able to either use the grill to cook or to use this item as a fire pit. In addition, it is perfect in size. Highly recommend this item.

This is awesome! Have used it a few times already, cooked eggs and sausage over it for breakfast one morning, hot dogs, campfire pies, and smores in the evenings. It's large enough to hold a nice size fire! Would recommend for anyone looking to add a pit to their backyard or patio space!

Quality with spot welds needs improvement

Just finished assembling the Even Embers Fire Pit Grill (PIT4044AS) and need to share my experience and observations. Material quality fully meets expectations. Fastener quality fully meets expectations. Spot welding quality fell short, it did not meet expectations. Spot welds for one of the part #5 did not penetrate the shelves and were broken free. Spot welds for one of the wing nuts on part #1 fire bowel broke free with no pressure due to lack of weld penetration to the fire bowel. Given the trouble with the spot welding I would tend to state the remaining welds are also compromised. Recommend Fair Games Group include in the purchase orders a requirement for quality of welds to meet standard when they mass order the grills. Fair Games Group distributes the firepit/grill to TSC.

This fire pit is perfect for a backyard set up! Assembly was very easy. It’s very durable but not too heavy to move around the yard if need be. The cooking grate and the shelf around make this fire pit so versatile! The cooking grate height can also be adjusted, in addition to swinging off and on the fire. Great addition to our back yard entertaining area!

The fire pit arrived as a hefty 130lbs package, but setting it up was straightforward, and I’m already excited to share my experience! It’s made of durable, high-quality materials and, once assembled, is surprisingly easy to move around. The size is perfect for BBQs and gathering around the fire, especially in winter. Perfectly engineered. The gauge is heavy enough to last for many years, but not too heavy to move around once assembled. The grill swings all the way off the heat 360 degrees, and it can be adjusted all the way from just over the coals to high above the fire, so it can be used with big logs or charcoal. The entire grill and its post can be easily lifted completely off even with the fire blazing hot, so after cooking, you can sit back and watch a beautiful fire. The shelf is exactly where you want one, and it is designed so the pieces can be lined up flush where they meet. I would have paid at least 50% more.
