- Equiderma Thrush Treatment uses a powerful blend of Chlorhexidine and Miconazole to cleanse the hoof of the bacteria and fungus that cause foul odors. It reaches deep into the sulcus to support a clean, healthy environment for the frog.
- Unlike many traditional treatments that use caustic chemicals like copper sulfate, our formula is non-caustic. It provides a "no-sting" experience, making it safe to use even on the most sensitive, deep-seated hoof issues.
- We recommend applying the treatment once daily to clean, dry hooves. Once the frog feels firm and the odor is gone, you can transition to 23 times a week for maintenance.
- The deep-penetrating nature of the liquid allows it to seep into the cracks and crevices of the hoof wall, helping to cleanse the area and protect against the environmental factors that lead to white line issues.
- We designed this formula to be powerful on pathogens but clean for the user. It is a non-staining liquid that won't leave purple or green dyes on your hands, clothes, or your horses legs.

The only thrush treatment I'll buy

When I first encountered thrush in my horse's hooves, I was horrified about what was going on, not to mention worried about the pain my horse could be in. My farrier described all the products that were typically available to treat thrush, and the options sounded awful. I tried the green smelly stuff and some betadine concoctions and couldn't tell if they were helping or not. It was like the thrush was lingering no matter what I tried or how diligent I was. Then I saw that Equiderma makes a Thrush Treatment, hallelujah! It seemed to work in 2-3 DAYS and I haven't had it come back since. Now to play it safe, I go ahead and apply it anytime the weather gets really wet, but I haven't noticed any other flare-ups. It doesn't smell bad, it doesn't stain the ground, my hands or my clothes, there isn't anything in the ingredients that eats away at healthy tissue. My horse doesn't recoil when she sniffs the bottle, which tells me a lot. Thank you Equiderma, for another 10/10 product.
