Oh what can I say. This won't even let me fill in my information. I ordered 2 items for my nieces 9th birthday to be delivered to her address. I put in my billing address and her delivery address, and paid extra for quicker delivery. One item has been delivered to me and I hope the other was delivered to her. I had trouble filling out the order information and now this is the second time I'm having to fill this out since it deleted my last message. I tried to call the service dept number between 6 and 6:30 pm on Saturday evening and got the automated system and finally go someone in another department to answered the call. I explained my problem and they tried the 877-718- phone number and no one answered. The web site says they are open M-S 7am-9pm and S. What I want done is for TSC to have someone pick up the package and 8am-7pm. Again I was calling before 6:30pm. What I want done is for you to pick up the package and overnight it to the correct address at no charge to me.
