To prevent this high-volume water hose from bursting, heavyweight reinforcement was added at key areas for maximum durability. The hose's octagonal shape makes it highly kink-resistant, and patented Hose Armour at the female coupling helps to prevent kinking at the water source. The red color of this industrial water hose stands out at the worksite, helping to reduce the chances of it being tripped or run over. To make this heavy-duty contractor farm garden hose even more resilient, it features extra-large aluminum couplings that are damage-resistant if they're run over by heavy equipment, as well as an oversized female coupling that connects to the water source without a wrench or other tools.
