5 months ago1 Answer
- A: Hi Neighbor! This spray, being an essential oil-based hydrogel, dries relatively quickly on feathers, usually within minutes, but the best results come from applying it to the affected area until the pecking stops, suggesting it doesn't need to be fully "dry" like paint, just tacky enough to deter pecking until the scent fades or is reapplied. For best effect, apply when pecking starts, focusing on the area, and reapply as needed, ensuring it's used in a well-ventilated spot.5 months agoHelpful?
Q: How often should you apply

This doesn’t work. Even in the slightest bit. And the product I was looking to purchase has been replaced by this one according to the store manager. So disappointing. And you can’t even return it.

Not sure it really helps

I haven’t seen where it really helps with our pecking issues. They were stressed before a move and have bad habits, though. Wish the sprayer was less concentrated.
