Colors are not the same as pictures

I bought this as a Christmas gift but had to order it online since it is not carried in the stores. The boots themselves are a darker color and the red, white and blue on the strap has almost no color. There is no white stripe and the red is one thread stitched in a line.

Love my boots. Had them about a year and the boot is separating from the sole. These are not my everyday boots. I wear them here and there. Really disappointed
