The DuMOR Two Tone Horse Blanket is made of a 1200D waterproof ripstop poly outer shell with a 210 D lining and 220g of poly fill. This blanket includes a fleece wither protection, crossed surcingles with elastic ends, adjustable and replaceable leg straps with elastic ends, adjustable double buckle front with snap closures, tail flap that reduces tail breakage, and shoulder gussets that allow freedom of movement. Reflective trim helps increase nighttime visibility.

Normally I do not blanket my horses because they grow great winter coats but when the forecast was for 2+ days of nasty winter precipitation including sleet, hail and freezing rain, followed by single digit temperatures and a wind chill taking it sub zero, I needed a waterproof blanket for my senior mare. Another owner who has their horse boarded at the farm had purchased the DuMor blanket and I was impressed by the features, quality of hardware and the dark grey would absorb what little sun we were going to get. The blanket performed great and seems to be very durable.
