- A: The bottle comes with the hole pre-cut in the tip of the nipple- this hole can be made larger to increase the flow of milk but we recommend being careful in doing this so that the hole does not become to large. Nipples do not last long

I really like the bottle and the screw on ring. I have had to buy 3 different nipples in the last 5 weeks because the hole where the calf sucks keeps cracking too big so that the flow is too much and the calf aspirates on the milk. Decided to go with a different bottle to see if another brand will work better longer.

Came to me with a huge hole cut in it.

This would kill a calf with aspiration. I ordered online for store pickup. I don't know if it was used or if it's a defect from the factory, but it's definitely not supposed to be like that.
