Broken log but otherwise great log set

Great log set however one log came in broken. We bought the one year insurance policy from Asurion and have placed a claim. Asurion has sent us several messages and we have sent proof of purchase several times but still have not had any results. Love the log set, but we are frustrated with the problem with the broken log.

Logs can be improved. The igniter is on the opposite side of the controls. When adjusting the control you need to be careful because the control is close to the logs and you will get burnt.
