It has been an aweful experience. I’ve had it for over two weeks and do not have it running yet. The gas port has a plunger that requires a special fitting to push the port and open a valve. This fitting is not included. My HVAC knows nothing about this kind of fitting. The instructions just say ‘installer provided’. Local parts providers know nothing about it. We finally got hold of the factory and they told me what to order, so we wait and of course, what they sent was a normal fitting, not the special fitting. I’m incredibly frustrated. They’re sending a second fitting. I hope it works when it get here. The HVAC guy has been here 3 times. Who knows what my labor bill is going to be. I’m supposed to get a call from someone in management. It’s been 4 working days since I’ve been waiting for this call.

I've had it set up for a month now—setup was a breeze! It looks fantastic, works flawlessly and generates plenty of heat. No need for the blower attachment and the remote works perfectly!

Will not light at all Had tech come out and the regulator is locked up but I can’t get any answers from the manufacturer

Great Unit. Excellent axillary heating for the home. Classic stove black finish. Makes it very comfortable in the living room for these cold winter nights. Little difficulty with the automatic remote settings but getting there! I would recommend this unit for vent free auxiliary heat.
