We ordered 2 of the Animal ATVs as Christmas gifts for our girls, one red and one blue. We assembled the blue one first, it was partially assembled already and the hardware was floating around the box as well as some of the decal stickers being stuck to the box, which is fine we plan on wrapping it in vinyl anyway. We took it to the shed immediately after assembly to test drive it and ensure safety. We didn’t realize anything was wrong until we assembled the Red one… aside from the securely packaged hardware and properly applied decals the red one had NO struggle to assemble, the frame was nearly an entirely different shape which told us the blue one was bent which is why it was challenging to finish assembling. When riding the red one to the shed got storage till Christmas the ride was ENTIRELY different. The blue one scraped the wheels all the way back and bottomed out whenever hitting the smallest bumps.. the red one? Nope. High ride, bumps were nothing, smooth riding everything we’d expected. Reached out to support Monday as soon as they opened and I was asked for pictures and videos of the defect… how do I provide that? I was given no guidance on how to provide evidence without absolutely destroying the Christmas surprise and asking my daughter to ride it so I could prove its defect. (My spouse works mon-sat 15 hr shifts) instead they informed me a replacement unit would be “on the way shortly” as well as an emailed return label. 5 whole days later I emailed for an update on the tracking and return label and now we’re doing the whole process all over again. No replacement has been sent. No label has been emailed. Nothing. I have SEVERE regrets.
