This product has been a huge disappointment.
-plug is so difficult to remove.
-you have to fill tank upside down (it has a dome top). How are you supposed to fill when you can’t set it down?
-you can’t clean it with that tiny hole
-plug eventually broke because you had to wrestle it off each time you needed to fill.

Horrible design - clearly no one ever tested this

Don’t waste your money. It fills from a small hole in the bottom, so there is no good way to ever truly clean this. The plug to open the hole is extremely hard to remove, it’s difficult and annoying to hold and balance it while you’re filling it upside down through a tiny hole….just a bonehead product.
