I have been feeding diamond high energy for the past 2 years and have really loved it but since the bag change i have noticed that the food is dry and my dogs don't really like it! My dogs coats are now dull and they used to shine! I am not sure what changed but something is different! I am very disappointed in the change and i am considering leaving diamond and going to a different food unless something changes quickly!

Bad return experience

Bought 2 bags online - returned in store but employees did not want to return was a new unopened bag. And one was just opened dogs tried it once and did not like. My dogs did not like and I had receipt. They had lots to say about even returning the unopened bag.
