Another Gear Failure

Yet another handle gear failure. I’ve been extra gentile with it too I thought). In retrospect, I could have dissembled and greased before using - but shouldn’t have too! Had hoped to purchase a replacement handle assembly, but haven’t seen how to do that. Retraction without the handle is very time consuming.

Of course the gears shafts are a horrible design, need to strengthen because customers Real it slowly. At least provide parts Too easy fix it.

This tape broke after only a few uses of 120'. The handle mechanism self destructed. Upon opening it up, the cheap plastic gears had all broken. Total garbage.

Weak mechanism to retract the tape

I have used this tape for about a week and the mechanism to retract broke and it won’t work. Great tape but poor low quality on the mechanics of it.
