This power tool delivers 600 ft-lbs of max fastening torque and 800 ft-lbs. of max breakaway torque for challenging projects. Designed to help prevent overtightening in forward, and run-off in reverse, the wrench integrates a Precision Wrench setting to help optimize user control. Utilize the updated 4-mode push button switch to easily transition speeds when needed. This Impact Wrench brings high torque and weighs less than 4 lbs. (Tool only), making it ideal for pipe flanges, grooved couplings, tilt wall braces, wheel lugs, concrete anchor setting and many other applications where high torque is needed in compact spaces.

A must have if you own trailers or travel.

Owning this tool is a no brainer even if you just have one 20v battery. Obviously not too many of us own just one battery, but I'm making a point. I use this very sparingly around the farm, but when I need it, its worthy every penny. Then if you pull a trailer or travel, having this tool with you on the side of the road with a flat tire was worth its weight in GOLD. Having a flat and trying to use the supplied lug nut wrench (good luck) after a service tech used a impact wrench to rotate your tires can take an hour, if you're lucky enough to get the lug nuts loose. With this tool i was on my way in a little over 15 minuets. Be SURE to register ANY Dewalt tool. This was one of my first Dewalt purchase and didn't know about the registration process.

The only impact you’ll ever need

As someone working in the trades every day, I usually see a lot of Milwaukee tools on the jobsite, and I’ve always leaned that direction myself. But this DEWALT 20V MAX XR Brushless Hammer Drill paired with the FLEXVOLT 12Ah battery honestly changed my expectations. The power is consistent, and it handles heavy-duty work without slowing down. What really stood out to me is the battery life—by the end of the day, while other tools are being swapped out or recharged, mine is still going strong with plenty of juice left. It’s reliable, durable, and built for real jobsite use. As a plumbing apprentice, I need tools that don’t quit halfway through the job, and this setup has definitely proven itself. 🤘
