Q: I lifted the lid on the tool box all the way until it stays open. When I try to close the lid, it feels like it won't close, Don't want to put too much pressure on it. Is there something I should do to make it release?

Make sure you know the pounds needed for your old shock. This shock was too hard to close I should have ordered a shock with less pounds.

Works great on an after market box I picked up at a deal. One shock was missing so I went to TS and got the DeeZee replacement shock.
