Don't be fooled by the pictures.

Keep in mind when looking at this product...the 'kit' is only the pole, not the retractable clothesline like it shows in the pictures and does not state, "Must be purchased separately". I bought what I thought was the whole 'kit' for a single mount and turned up at the store to see it was only the pole. Returned immediately because I was not going to pay that price for just a pole and no retractable line.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed with Daytek

Bought two of these Retractable Clothesline Mounting Kit Poles, along with a Retractable clothesline in October 2024 just before winter with the intention of installing them for my wife in Spring. In Spring I opened all three boxes, and noted the two Hand Rail Brackets needed to hold the Clothesline Bar in position were missing. Daytek refused to help me even though I offered to pay for the part and shipping from Australia. I left a message with the Tractor Supply in Edgewood, NM, but I have learned from a previous purchase to not expect very good Customer Service from them. I may have to pay a metal worker to fabricate two small brackets, which will cost half as much as the clothesline. You may want to avoid Daytek products unless you live in Australia. You will not receive any help from them in USA if there is an error in the shipment.
No, I do not recommend this product.

To Hang or Not to Hang clothe

Pulled the items out for installation and find that it was just half of what I thought would be in there for the price. It was a big disappointment. I returned the merchandise that same day as I could not accomplish the task without paying more than my budget allowed.
