Q: Description at Tractor Supply website states "Folds down to 4x4x63 in. for easy storage". That is 5'3" which is what I expected to receive. The product I received does not expand to a height of 63" What am I missing here?

I like nothing about this product. Website description states "Folds down to 4x4x63 in. for easy storage" That is 5'3". The maximum height of this product is only 43" which it does state elsewhere. That is so short that I believed it to be a mistake and that the stated 63" must be correct, but nope. The product will be returned.
