I measured dog and ordered size 16. When I put it on the dog, he was swimming in it. The sweater covered his knees! Returned it.

For the money, it was an OK "sweater". But had to return it as sizing was way too big. And, I measured my dog several times. The sweater was more like a small horse blanket.
