Online Order Experience - 15 in x 10 ft Steel Culv

The product it's self is fine. The post order services need focus. I ordered on 4/03 and the confirmation stated a delivery date of 4/15. The online order tracking does not allow you to track the status/location through it's shipping. Also the "Customer Solutions Center" is slow to respond. You would expect the ability to actually reach in person in a resonable amount of time. Three times it took at least 2 hours for them to return my call when I selected the "keep my place in queue". In short the order arrived 5 day's later then what was communicated.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Lost Product. Shipping Concern.

Item was ordered but to date has not been delivered to store. Shows it was shipped on March 24 2025. Unknown location of where it is or went. Was already billed for product. We are still without the product.
