Blade keeps coming out
Bought the safety knife, thinking I was buying a good quality brand name tool. After a couple months of using it, the blade started coming out. Not a good thing when you’re cutting boxes open for people on the assembly line and then you noticed that the blade is still sticking out of the cardboard box because it come out ,not really sure if I even wanna waste my time taking it back for the lifetime warranty.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Thumbs down!

The blade doesn't lock. Self retracting blade is very inconvenient.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Excellent build quality but..

The most annoying thing of this knife is the auto retracting feature. Before you complete the cut, if you let off or pause cutting with the blade still in the box for any reason, the blade retracts. If anything this creates a bigger hazard in not knowing how the knife is going to react while cutting. Its lead me to get a mean cardboard cut from slipping off the box.
No, I do not recommend this product.
