[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crescent has missed on this cutter. The angled blade is good for start an accurate cut. The weight and grips on the cutter make it nice when the tool is wet. The biggest miss is that you have to use both hands to open in the blade. There is no easy way open the blade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the construction of the tool, it is built to last. Blade is staying sharp, cuts as straight as I expect any citter of this style to. I generally expect a cutter like this to do up to 1-1/2, but the smaller capacity does seem to cut more nicely than my other cutters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool comes in very handy when doing work on pipes in mobile homes and campers. They are very well made and durable. I tested them for a little over a month now and handed every job I used them on. However I feel the 2” is more handy simply because most drain pipe in larger where as water lines are smaller and more of your water feed lines are pex. Which these also cut but you don’t need the ratchet cutters for that. With that being said. These work get in tight spaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They arrived with the spring detached which was unfortunate, but a quick fix. They struck me as a little big for the had at first but the ratcheting feature made sure no leverage was lost. Really easy to use and effective. PVC and Pex alike.
