Like The Seat Better Than original Seat.

I have a Massey Ferguson 2605 and my wife had bought me a replacement seat several years ago from tractor supply. I love the seat more than the original so chose this seat again. Some modifications had to be done to get it to fit but got it to work.

Wouldn't work for a NH TC 30
a year ago
The seat did not fit my New Holland TC 30 compact utility tractor. This has slides to adjust the seat forward and back. Mounting the slides to the tractor then caused the mounting bolts of the slide to tractor mounts to interfere with the bolts mounting the slides to the seat. The angle of the tractor mounting surface slopes forward. Mounting the seat as is on this tractor caused it to lean forward quite a bit. It could have been modified by fabricating different mounts, but I chose to return the seat instead. I modified a full sized tractor seat, which also had suspension instead. Curiously, the full sized seat, with suspension was significantly less expensive than the compact tractor seat. This seat may work fine on a different application.
