Something wrong with rubber

I have went thru 4 belts this summer-- after second one broke , I replaced all blade spindles and pulleysvwith king cutter parts, thinking they are old and have a hitch in them-- I have checked alignment , everything,, spent good money for nothing , I have broken 2 more belts since -- all break the same , I have noticed after every use and check them next day they feel like they are getting hard and stiff. More you use them harder they get -- the rubber looks cheap at break point. Very few cords in rubber-- this last one had 1 cord in it--- They all look like they are glued together and that's where they break Everytime. Not happy with quality of this belt
