TSC #1083651963. I received notice from Tractor Supply the tree was ready for pick up. I picked it up April 11, 2025. As soon as I arrived home in Vian, Oklahoma I opened the box and found that the container was completely upside down in the box with the tree completely bent over and approx two inches from the base heavily damaged. With the diameter of the container it was in and the size of the box I see no way it could have been turned upside down like it was except in initial packaging. I tried to see if it would stand back up after I took it out of the Box and it never did stand up straight. I would like a replacement and with a postage paid return label will send this tree back to you.

I ordered 3 sawtooth oaks and received a pin oak by mistake. One phone later to TSCs help line, and no questions asked, a new tree was being sent out!

I ordered 4 sawtooth oaks. Three looked great but one of them was packaged with tree bent/ broken in half about 6 inches from the bottom. TS told me that they could not replace it because it was through a third party. I think the tree will make it but will take a lot longer to grow.

Beautiful healthy tree. This tree was shipped to the store and arrived in excellent condition.
