Q: It looks like these trees were cut. Is it normal for the top trunk of the tree to be white?

- A: Hello, Per the vendor: Weeping Willow trees are very fast growing trees and in order to keep them under control and shape them, the get trimmed. It is difficult to answer “Is it normal for the top trunk of the tree to be white?” without seeing a picture of what the customer is describing. You can always take this tree back to your store if you are worried or concerned and wish to return it.2 years agoHelpful?
Q: how tall is the plant upon arrival it says 2-4' but another buyer said it wasonly half that size....

Two trees came broke in half. They were handled poorly. Several branches on the other trees were dead. Im not sure i will ever order plants again from tractor supply.
