    Never received the item.

    Since I never received the item it is difficult to gauge the product. I give the online ordering/shipping a one star. I had to call your customer service to report after two weeks of waiting for an update. They cancelled the original item and reordered. Still have not received but I am hopeful that one day I will get an email letting me know it has arrived at my store for pickup.
