customer service did not respond to my questions.

I ordered a large quantity of these, 18 of them had the same label but were twice as large as the rest. I tried to reach out to customer service to ask about the size discrepancy and to double check that all the rolls were actually the correct length. i never got a response. these are for student science kits, so a response would have been nice. that is the reason for the low score. the twine I'm sure is fine quality.

No, I do not recommend this product.
