This Comfort Glow 2 plaque Propane (LP), 12,000 BTU, manual control unit will heat up to 500 sq. feet and can be used in a bedroom. Our modern design features high quality ceramic plaques that radiate soothing, direct, immediate infrared heat. This heater is 99% fuel efficient. It requires no duct work or other venting and includes a built-in oxygen depletion sensor! The sleek design and neutral color fit any decor.Due to the built in oxygen safety sensor, vent free products may not work properly at elevations above 4,500 ft. Not for sale in California or Canada. Please check your state and local codes prior to purchase.

  • A: No, the manufacturer explicitly states that this type of wall heater requires a minimum of a 100-pound LP cylinder for proper operation. You must connect it to a minimum 100-pound propane tank to ensure a sufficient and stable vapor supply. A two-stage adjustable regulator is also required and can be obtained from a local gas company.
