Disappointed in propane lanterns.

Been using Coleman propane lanterns for camping for many decades. However, I am disappointed in my most recent lantern. It makes a loud noise. The last one I purchased several years ago did the same thing. The Coleman lanterns gives a great amount of light. However the noises are distracting.
I love my basic Coleman stove. Very reliable!
Wish you could fix the lantern noise issue.

A well-constructed, reliable lantern. The lantern's light output is outstanding. It functions without fail in cold conditions, wind, and rain. I highly recommend this lantern!

Solid propane lantern

My husband is an outdoorsmen and always has Coleman brand items. As for the lantern, it is a reliable and bright outdoor light that offers adjustable brightness. It’s easy to use with a simple propane hookup and features a durable design.

Pros vs Cons Lantern from Coleman

I like the metal tabs to hold globes rather than the old string version. Love the glass Lantern for sure however....they are so freaking costly to replace. Have y'all attempted a plastic version that is heat resistant? Overall pretty darn happy.
