    Bought it 10 years ago for power outages. Batteries last forever and brightens up an entire room. Great product for the price. My batteries are easy to change and bottom twists off easily.

    Very disappointed in these lanterns. Very hard to get open to put batteries in. The. To try to put them back together is anither adventure. Also appears that there is no way to change the bulb if it goes out. Even on sale, the value is not there.

    I bought a pink version of this lamp for my 5 year old daughter her first year of girl scout camp. She is 25 years old now. I just used the lamp last night to look outside for my glasses, because it is faster and better than any "flashlight app". A true keeper!
