Payment options stpidity

The product itself is fine. The process of paying for it sucks. PayPal is listed as a valid option. I chose it. PayPal acknowledged the purchase. Tractor Supply then says “no, paypal is not a valid pay method”. Customer Svc rep Konner apologized and asked me to pay with credit card. I did. PayPal still shows the transaction as in effect and “pending”. AND IT STILL IS - weeks after my purchase and product delivery. It’s a simple matter: why include PayPal as valid when it is obvious, per your Cust Svc office, that it is not?!
