I was sold a trailer which was NOT available!!

The online sale was as bust. It told a call to CITI to get my full card # so I could take full advantage of the discount. Then a call tsc customer service when the app would not give the payment plan. She had to re-enter the whole sale manually. Next i received a call from the which supposedly had the trailer IT DID NOT THEY STATED I WAS NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO TRY TO BUY THIS ONE. GREAT inventory control. Sale was canceled as it would be a 2 hour to the next close it store. 10 days after the cancelation tsc credit was still hold my sale as pending! one again i called tac cs spent 1/2 hour on the to get the hold removed. I bought a trailer from someone else. New policy if it not in the local store I will shop else where!!
